Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and BrandRemarks ("we", "us"), the business behind BrandRemarks. By creating an account or using BrandRemarks, you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you may do so.
1. What BrandRemarks does
BrandRemarks finds public posts that mention your keywords, brand or competitors, scores how relevant they are, and drafts replies and posts with AI. You choose what is sent, unless you turn on automatic sending. It also offers scheduled posts, AI Visibility reports, competitor and review tracking, and tracked links.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate details.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us at [email protected] straight away if you think someone else has used it.
3. Free trial and plans
- New accounts start with a 14-day free trial with the limits shown when you sign up. No card is needed.
- When the trial or a paid period ends without payment, the workspace pauses: listening, AI writing and paid sources stop, while you can still sign in, see your data and pay to continue.
- Paid plans are paid in advance for 1 month or 12 months. They do not renew automatically: to continue, you pay again before or after the period ends. Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout, and taxes are added where the law requires.
- We may change prices or plans. We will tell you before a change affects what you pay, and it applies from your next billing period.
4. Using it responsibly
You are responsible for everything posted through your connected accounts, including AI drafts you approve or set to send automatically. You agree to:
- follow the rules of every network and community you post to (for example Reddit, X, LinkedIn, forums and app stores);
- be open that you speak for your brand when you mention it, and not pretend to be an ordinary customer;
- not send spam, repeated identical replies, misleading claims, or harassment;
- not break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or collect people's personal data for purposes they would not expect;
- not try to break, overload, copy or get around the limits of the service.
We may pause or close accounts that break these rules, or that put the service or other users at risk.
5. Connected accounts and other services
When you connect a social account or add an API key, you let us use it to do what you ask. Networks can change or end their access, and their own terms apply to you. We are not responsible for actions they take on your accounts, for example limits or bans.
6. AI content
AI drafts can be wrong, out of date or unsuitable. Read them before they go out, or keep automatic sending to cases you are comfortable with. You own the content you create with BrandRemarks, and you are responsible for it.
7. Your data
You own the data you put into BrandRemarks. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Our service
We work to keep BrandRemarks running well, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, or that it will find every post or bring particular results. We may improve, change or remove features over time.
9. Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or harm to reputation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using BrandRemarks at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end the service for you with notice, or straight away if you seriously break these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies. Using BrandRemarks after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. Please contact us first at [email protected]; most issues can be solved quickly that way.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data BrandRemarks collects when you use BrandRemarks, why, and your choices. We handle personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, and we respect the rights people have under other privacy laws that apply to them, such as the GDPR.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, company and password. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash, never as plain text.
- Workspace content: keywords, brand details, competitors, persona instructions, drafts, scheduled posts and settings.
- Connected accounts: the access tokens, API keys or app passwords you give us for social networks and forums, so we can read and post for you.
- Public posts we find: text, links, usernames and dates of public posts that match your keywords, kept so you can review and reply to them.
- Billing: your plan, invoices and payment status. Card and bank details go straight to our payment providers; we never see or store them.
- Tracked links: when someone clicks a tracked link, we count the click and keep a one-way hash of the visitor's IP address for 30 days to count unique visitors, then delete the hash.
- Support: what you send us in support requests.
- Technical logs: server logs with request times and errors, used to keep the service secure and working.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. The app keeps your sign-in in your browser's local storage, and we do not set tracking cookies.
2. Why we use it
- to run the service you signed up for: finding posts, drafting and sending replies, scheduling posts and reports;
- to bill you and send account emails, such as sign-up confirmation, receipts and important notices;
- to keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems;
- to meet legal duties, such as tax records.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your workspace content to train AI models.
3. Services that process data for us
We share only what each one needs to do its job:
- AI providers (Google Gemini, and where turned on, OpenAI, Anthropic and Perplexity): post text and your brand details, to score posts and draft replies.
- Apify: search terms and web addresses, to collect public posts, reviews and web pages.
- Payment providers (Stripe, Razorpay): what is needed to take payment.
- Email provider (for example Resend or SendGrid): your email address and the message.
- Hosting and network (our server provider and Cloudflare): all data passes through or is stored on them.
- Networks you connect (for example Reddit, X, LinkedIn, Bluesky): the replies and posts you send.
Some of these providers are outside India, so your data may be processed in other countries. We may also share data when the law requires it, or to protect our users or the service.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your workspace data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices). Copies in backups may last longer and are deleted when those backups are removed.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority, for example the Data Protection Board of India.
6. People in the posts we find
The posts BrandRemarks finds are public posts written by other people. If you wrote one and want it removed from our systems, email us with the link and we will remove it.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords and access limited to each workspace. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
8. Children
BrandRemarks is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
9. Changes and contact
We will post changes here and tell you about important ones. Questions and grievances: [email protected] (BrandRemarks).
Refund Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Short version: try BrandRemarks free for 14 days. Paid periods are not refunded. Nothing renews automatically, so you are never charged again unless you choose to pay.
1. Free trial first
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, with no card needed, so you can see whether BrandRemarks fits before paying.
2. No refunds for paid periods
Monthly and yearly payments are not refundable, including partly used periods, unused replies or unused features.
3. No automatic renewal
Each payment covers 1 month or 12 months. Nothing renews by itself, so there is nothing to cancel: you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and then the workspace pauses with your data kept until you pay again or ask us to delete it.
4. When we do refund
- if you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount by mistake;
- if BrandRemarks was unavailable for most of a paid period because of a fault on our side;
- where the law requires a refund.
Email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge, with the email of your account and the invoice. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
