Posting apps
Register one developer app per network so customers can click "Connect" and post from their own accounts. Copy each redirect URL into the network's app settings exactly as shown. Most networks review an app before it can post for accounts other than your own; start those reviews early.
Public landing page design
Choose how the homepage at / looks to visitors. The change applies on the next page load. Content, pricing and sign-up work the same in every design; the bold designs add a few sections of their own.
Support tickets
Questions and connector help requests sent from the public help center.
| Ticket ID | Customer | Category | Subject | Message | Status | Created |

Backups
The database, uploaded images and sign-in secret are copied automatically to a folder outside the app folder, so deploys never touch them. Copy them off the server too: scripts/pull-backup.sh (see docs/GO_LIVE.md).
Gemini key and model
Used across the platform to write replies, sort trends and classify sentiment.
Daily AI limits
How many Gemini calls each workspace may make per day (UTC): scoring posts, writing replies, redrafts, post drafts and competitor answers. Over the limit, scoring falls back to the rules and replies to plain placeholders that wait in the Approval Queue. Administrators' workspaces have no limit. The free trial follows Starter. AI Visibility answers and AI images have their own limits.
AI answer visibility
Customers see how often AI assistants recommend their brand. Each check asks every assistant that has a key every question several times with web search on. Gemini uses the key above (Google Search grounding is billed per search after the free monthly allowance); ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity need their own keys. Every provider bills its own searches and tokens.
Apify: review sites, website reading, extra networks
Customers can watch G2, Capterra, Trustpilot and Google Maps reviews of their competitors and of themselves on the Competitors page. Reviews are read once a day with Apify scrapers, billed to your Apify account. Only 1–3 star reviews are requested. "Set up from your website" also uses Apify to read up to 5 pages of the customer's site (sites built with JavaScript included); without Apify it reads the homepage directly. Apify is used to read public pages only; nothing is posted through it.
Scrapers (change only if one stops working)
{{query}} is what the customer entered, "{{maxItems}}" the results per run; listening scrapers use "{{queries}}" (list of search terms), {{queriesText}} (one per line) and "{{perQuery}}".Platforms and hourly limits
Turn networks on for every workspace and set each network's hourly reply limit. Customers can see these settings in their dashboard but can't change them.
Connector keys (15 networks)
Platform-wide keys for finding posts and publishing replies on each network. Scheduled posts use separate one-click apps:
Searches new Hacker News comments through the free Algolia API and drafts replies you can post in one click.
Finds new Quora questions through Google Custom Search and writes Gemini drafts for you to copy and paste.
